Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a 'free' breakfast, but they were quite lacking for our family and our brother-in-law's family. The service was exceptional, with quick problem-solving and nice incentives for our troubles over three days, although we couldn't get the computer or printer running. The location was convenient for exploring other areas, but there were safety concerns near the subway next to the hotel. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially in the restaurant at breakfast, despite some delays. Overall, the hotel provided great value for the price paid.
